Description

Primary responsibilities involve providing administrative support the Business Development Department within Access Interpreting. This position reports to and works closely with the Chief Sales Officer.

Responsibilities

Key functions include, but are not limited to:

  • ​Performing administrative duties for executive management such as answering emails, phones and/or videophones, and faxes promptly and professionally, basic data entry, and document management
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Following up on outstanding accounts receivable
  • Collecting market information such as pricing, service lines, and new service line branding techniques
  • Creating and preparing correspondence and presentations
  • Maintaining Sugar Customer Resource Management (SugarCRM) database, running weekly reports, and developing new reports as needed
  • Appropriately updating and filing required independent contractor documentation
  • Providing support in event planning and maintaining presence on social media outlets
  • Maintaining and updating the Access Portal
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications 

Required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
A demonstrated fluency in written English is required​​​

Preferred​
Three to five years of administrative experience or office management is preferred
Fluency in American Sign Language or a willingness to learn is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred​​​
